Hello, my name is Mike Taylor (with my pup Ivy)

I have been studying and living health and fitness for a while now. Originally starting with sports performance, but then evolving to overcoming health challenges and implementing sustainable habit change for long term longevity, weight management and health.

Back in the day during my rugby career I was lucky enough to train with top level strength and conditioning coaches, however not lucky enough to avoid repeated concussions leading to an early retirement. While the rugby door closed, other doors opened as I broadened my horizons and discovered different ways we can exercise and feed our bodies for more than just performance, but feeling our best day-to-day. Further to this, are the systems and methods of how we can implement this into our live in a realistic and consistent way. This wider understanding became especially important as I began having to actively manage my Bronchiectasis, a lung condition leaving me susceptible to chest infections.

A degree and a few other qualifications later I now find myself in a position where I can help others maximise their health and teach them to sustainably improve their body composition and fitness. Today, I empower my clients to overcome years of frustration and disappointment and finally stop feeling held back by their body, confidence and health.
