COACHING WITH ME


I use my Online Coaching as a base for your plan with in-person sessions complimenting this as a bolt-on, if required.

This provides the structure, support, knowledge, coaching and accountability needed to make long-term progress.

Here's a breakdown of what coaching with me looks like:

Goal Setting

  • We'll establish complete clarity on what your long term goal is and what it means to you.

  • We'll break this down into shorter term goals making your journey feel less daunting.

  • Then we'll develop the daily and weekly steps needed so you know exactly what boxes need to be ticked to make these goals a reality.

Exercise & Physical Activity

  • We will talk through your current fitness levels, your exercise preferences and your equipment availability to make an exercise plan truly bespoke to you.

  • I'll set your workouts in the Coachd app so they're all in one, easy to access place.

  • You get all your exercises, reps, sets and video tutorials to guide you through every session.

  • We'll talk through your programme together every week and if needed organise in-person Personal Training to compliment this.

NUTRITION COACHING

  • We will discuss your eating habits and break down how we can align your nutrition with your goal while maintain other important areas in life.

  • We'll discuss how to manage social occasions and work environments in a balanced way.

  • I will give you practical tips and suggestions that work with your personal preferences making any nutrition changes easier to implement and realistic for you. I WILL NOT JUST TELL YOU TO EAT LESS AND LEAVE THE REST TO YOU!

  • You'll feel fully supported as we develop on a week-to-week basis to grow your nutrition at a pace you find sustainable.

Weekly check-in

  • You will get the accountability you need to stay on track through your weekly check-ins.

  • We all have good weeks, and bad week... Checking-in regularly allows us to identify the problems that pop up quickly and re-establish focus to work through them.

  • You will complete your weekly Check-in form.

  • We will then catch up via Zoom call every week to review your Check-in form, celebrate your wins, work through your struggles and plan the week ahead.

  • As you gain momentum and feel confident in your ability to achieve your goal we will discuss options of adjusting to less frequent check-in.

I’ve always failed to find exercises that I enjoyed and therefore have struggled with motivation and consistency.

At the start I lacked not only fitness but also confidence in my ability to achieve fitness goals.

Mike is simply fantastic!

I signed up with him during a particular low period and he really took the time to understand what I wanted from the sessions and my time limitations etc.
